Christmas Policy

For the period of December 1st 2017 to January 2nd 2018, this policy is in effect and takes priority to the terms in our standard policies.

During the period of December 1st 2017 to January 2nd 2018, we advise customers to make prior contact with us via phone or e-mail to ensure it is seen during these busy times, enquiring if we can deliver in time for Christmas. Your order does not guarantee Christmas delivery due to this factor, however, we endeavour to try out best to do so.

During the period of 16th December to January 2nd, orders shall be set to automatically process payments during this holiday period whilst the Apex Signs & Engraving Team take their annual holiday. Your contract of sale with us begins upon collection of funds and your item being confirmed as dispatch, which will be confirmed to you via email upon us processing orders in the New Year.

All orders placed from December 22nd shall be processed the week of January 2nd when we are back in the office. Any e-mails sent over the Christmas period regarding orders will be replied to at this time as well.
